Description
This lazy Sea Otter dwells among the waves along the Alaskan Coast. It is not that Sam does not move, however, but just that he has figured out how to let the current in the North Pacific Ocean move him from place-to-place in search of food and fun. An expert “floater,” not even the trickster Sasha the Sea Lion can get Sam to swim around using his own energy.
